Full Job Description Responsibilities:
Safeguard the confidential information of all department and company records and assets. Monitors slot activities for adherence to company policies and various gaming regulatory requirements. Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees. Repair and maintain machines to ensure minimal downtime and proper functioning of all slot machines and other electronic gaming devices. Performs preventative maintenance on slot machines on a scheduled basis. Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility. Responsible for handling all install, relocation, conversion, and initial set-up and check out of slot machines. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must consent to and successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and background check. Must be 21 years or older (required by Casino and/or State regulations). Must be able to obtain a Louisiana Racing Commission License. (Company will provide application.) Must be able to obtain a Louisiana State Gaming License. (Company will provide application.) Must have the ability to stand for at least 8 hours at a time, and are able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds (with or without a reasonable accommodation).
