What will you do?
Monitor machines and reports issues to the technician team Make change, fill empty ticket printers, and clear machine tilts and hand pays Pass on promotional information to patrons Maintain a knowledge of all slot operation policies and procedures Report any violations and escalate to the appropriate level as necessary More about you
High school diploma or general education degree required and a minimum of 1 month of related experience Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests, clients, and other team members Basic math skills Basic computer skills Ability to obtain and maintain a New Hampshire Gaming License Physical requirements
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
Frequent standing and walking for the entire length of shift
