Resort Host/Escort 3.2 3.2 out of 5 stars Robertsdale, AL 36567 Resort Escort Gate Attendant/light Maintenance/Resort Host Full time position at our beautiful resort! Ocean Canyon Resorts is looking to add new team members to its roster of motivated employees!
Who We Are Looking For:
We are looking for Gate Attendants with great customer service skills and the motivation to provide a safe and secure environment for our members!
Responsibilities:
Highest levels of hospitality and customer service Clean and neat facilities Providing a safe, fun, and secure environment A team member who guides OCR members and guest to the campsite An OCR presence that provides security for the members, guests, and the resort in general An OCR presence that ensures conformance with the resort rules and usage regulations A resource for members and guest who may have questions, concerns, or need assistance Establishes a visible presence throughout the resort that enhances the resorts being safe, and provides a critical link of communication between members, guest, and staff Must be professionally trained and familiar with the resort, resort layout, rules, appropriate sites to accommodate RV’s, utilities, facilities, and emergency procedures Should always introduce themselves to guest to establish a first name relationship with the member and guest After escorting member or guest to their site, the host will aid comfortably situate them on their site Before leaving the site, the host will orient the guest on where utilities are on the sites and where primary resort amenities are. The host will make sure all vehicles’ passes are properly displayed If a host is escorting someone to the cabin, the host will open the door for the guest and confirm everything is in the Standard condition for a clean and prepared unit The host will also orient the member or guest as to the operation of the rental unit, and as where primary resort amenities are Prior to completing the escort, the host will confirm that they have addressed all the questions/concerns the member or guest may have The host shall always be accessible to the front desk and communicate to the front desk any site issues or guest concerns All buildings are to be clean from any cobwebs and any dirt on the outside of the building on a weekly basis All sidewalks in front of building and cabins are to be blown off weekly All trash cans empty as needed and put new liner in the can Pick trash up around the resort and trash bin daily Pick up any sticks all over the resort Clean pool furniture at least once a month Site checks every day by 12 P.M. Check the dog park cans and replace the dog bags Check the sites that are leaving and make sure the site is clean Check the pool every hour Close the pool and take trash out every night Wash off all golf carts including the sales cart daily Check all empty cabins and make sure the lights are off Check all streetlights and turn in a list if some are out Do unattended camper every night Lock all buildings at night Clean all flower beds weekly additional light maintenance
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED program Clean Criminal Record Check Must be able to work a variable shift schedule, including nights and weekends Friendly personality as you will be talking to members and employees frequently during your shift Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment
