The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for greeting them warmly, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth flow of service. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality. Duties Greet guests as they arrive and provide a warm welcome. Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow. Assist guests with inquiries regarding menu items, specials, and restaurant policies. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely service. Handle phone calls with professionalism, providing information about the restaurant and taking reservations as needed. Address guest concerns promptly and courteously to enhance guest relations. Support the team in various capacities during peak hours to ensure excellent customer service. Qualifications Previous experience in guest services or customer service roles is preferred. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus but not required; training will be provided. A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
