As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring an exceptional dining experience. Your responsibilities will include managing reservations, greeting guests, and coordinating seating arrangements. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables. Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart. Provide information about menu items, specials, and events. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise. Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure seamless service. Assist in planning and coordinating special events or functions. Maintain cleanliness of the host/host area and ensure it is well-stocked with necessary supplies. Provide excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
