You will work closely with servers and kitchen staff to facilitate smooth service and enhance guest satisfaction. Duties Clear and reset tables promptly after guests leave to prepare for the next customers. Assist servers by providing support during busy service periods, including refilling drinks and delivering food items as needed. Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing utensils and condiments. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely service and address any guest needs. Help with the setup and breakdown of dining areas for special events or large parties. Provide excellent guest services by being attentive to customer needs and responding positively to requests. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals. Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette, to interact with guests and team members effectively. Familiarity with restaurant operations and guest services is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. A commitment to providing exceptional hospitality and helping create memorable experiences for our guests.
