Job Overview:

This position is responsible for greeting guests at the door | Maintaining a pleasant and approachable demeanor | Seating and presenting clean menus to guests in a friendly and professional manner

General Responsibilities:

Greet guests | Answerphones and confirm reservations | Manage reservations and organize seating |Maintain cleanliness of Host Stand | Complete daily duties (detailed in training once hired)

Skills:

Must be comfortable in a fast paced environment | Ability to communicate professionally with guests, management,and coworkers | Strong understanding of customer service
