We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Hostess to join our team in providing exceptional guest experiences. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in setting the tone for their visit. Your primary responsibility will be to greet guests warmly, manage seating arrangements, and ensure that each guest feels welcomed and valued in our establishment. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage the seating chart to optimize table turnover while ensuring guest comfort. Assist guests with inquiries about the menu, restaurant services, and special events. Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host area. Handle reservations and waitlists Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to enhance guest relations. Uphold high standards of hospitality and customer service at all times. Skills Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Previous experience in restaurant settings is preferred but not required. Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others. Knowledge of food service operations and guest services principles in the hospitality industry. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
