With unparalleled expertise, the team is on hand to guide guests through the unique collection of the finest cigars, accessories and carefully curated pieces. The private cigar lounge offers the ultimate escape, giving guests a sophisticated and comfortable experience to fill their time beautifully. Unique to the Hollywood, FL location, the lounge also features a premium selection of spirits, wine and handcrafted cocktails. Responsibilities of a Door Hostess will include but not limited to; Greeting all guests upon arrival Resolving guest complaints Ensuring all staff are aware of guest/member arrival Providing optimal customer service by going above and beyond Inviting guest to visit cigar lounge Attention to details Requirements to be considered; Hostess/Door Greeter experience Applicant must be 21+ years old Must have a positive, friendly attitude Experience with high profile guest Must be ok being in a smokey environment Good customer service skill Good communication skill Reliable, team player and can work alone when necessary Professionalism If you feel you can handle the responsibilities and meet the requirements submit your resume with related experiences and a professional picture (not required but recommended).
