Summary Xtreme Action Park is looking for exceptional event hosts that can bring the life to events big and small. We are always looking for motivated employees who are dedicated to working as a team and have a positive attitude. Event Hosts establish a trusting relationship with the guests, guiding them through the process from start to finish. Our hosts monitor clients expectations, anticipate their needs, and help fulfill their requests by coordinating with other attractions and employees. As the most desired position at the park, the Event Hosts have the opportunity to make lifelong memories for our guests. Applicants for this position must be able to meet high demands of party goers/planners and provide prompt customer service. Event Hosts are active thinkers, great listeners, and those with impeccable customer service. An event host must be quick on their feet, and offer unique experiences to our customers. In doing so, you will ensure that the events runs smoothly, and on time, in alignment with your other hosts and guests of the park. You will have the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of every activity we have to offer, and to be able to be the life of the event. Though we are looking for week day openers seasonally through summer, this position does have the potential to become a permanent position.

Responsibilities Greet guests warmly as they arrive and guide them throughout their attractions. Manage pre-booked events efficiently to optimize guest flow. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction regarding events. Ensure guests safety. Be able to manage time effectively, and communicate with all persons involved. Handle food safely and appropriately for all events. Maintaining a clean environment, giving the guests a quality experience. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations. Requirements Must have Monday through Friday opening availability. Weekend shifts as needed. Previous experience in guest services or customer-facing roles is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with guests effectively. Ability to manage conflict and resolve issues in a positive manner. Experience in food service, entertainment venue, or events is a plus. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Stand for long periods of time and lift over 35 pounds. Must be able to handle large groups of kids and adults.
