The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued as they enter our establishment. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality, making it essential for creating a positive dining atmosphere. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables. Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using the POS system. Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials or promotions. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Support the restaurant team during busy periods by helping with food service as needed. Uphold the restaurant’s standards for guest relations and hospitality at all times. Requirements Previous experience in guest services, food service, or hospitality is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus but not required; training will be provided. A friendly demeanor and a genuine desire to help others are essential qualities. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
