Responsibilities
Greet and wee guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage reservations and waitlist efficiently, optimizing table seating and guest flow.
Provide accurate wait times andmunicate effectively with guests to keep them informed.
Assist in coordinating with servers and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
A great attitude and work ethic.
Ability to learn service procedures.
Ability to take direction and to work in a team environment.
Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
This position will spend 100% of the time standing and walking
