Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable and personable Property Host to join our team as an Independent Contractor . In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting and preparing properties for guest arrivals, maintaining high-quality standards, and providing exceptional hospitality by greeting guests and addressing their needs. This position offers flexible hours and is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently while delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and readiness prior to guest check-in. Prepare or adjust properties to meet quality standards prior to guest arrival. Greet guests upon arrival, provide property tours, and answer any initial questions. Serve as the point of contact for guests during their stay, promptly addressing inquiries or concerns as needed. Collaborate with cleaning and maintenance teams to resolve any issues before and during guest stays. Secure properties and ensure readiness for future guests following check-out. Maintain detailed records of inspections, guest feedback, and any maintenance or service needs.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in hospitality, property management, or a related field is preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Familiarity with apps or software for managing bookings and communication is a plus.
