This role is essential in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and wellness, along with strong communication skills to enhance the overall guest experience. Duties Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures at the front desk. Provide information about retreat services, activities, and local attractions. Manage phone inquiries with professionalism, utilizing effective phone etiquette and systems. Address guest needs promptly and efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Assist in coordinating wellness programs and activities for guests. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and guest common spaces. Collaborate with other staff members to create a harmonious environment for guests. Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues that may arise during their visit. Experience Willing to TRAIN!!! Proficiency in phone systems and strong phone etiquette skills are essential. A background in customer service will enhance your ability to connect with guests effectively.
