Host Stix Sushi & Seafood 4221 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112

Duties:

• Welcome and greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant
• Escort guests to their assigned tables or waiting areas
• Provide menus and inform guests of daily specials
• Assist guests with any inquiries or requests they may have
• Manage the waitlist and seating arrangements to ensure efficient table turnover
• Collaborate with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth service flow
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station
• Handle phone calls and reservations with professionalism and accuracy

Skills:

• Excellent hospitality and customer service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Square POS system & OpenTable or similar restaurant management software is a plus
• Familiarity with guest relations principles and practices
• Proficient phone etiquette and ability to handle customer inquiries effectively
• Strong organizational skills to manage waitlist and seating arrangements efficiently
