Responsibilities:

Greeting Guests:

Warmly welcome and seat guests, ensuring a positive dining experience right from the start.

Reservation Management:

Manage and organize reservations, handling any special requests and ensuring efficient seating arrangements.

Communication:

Coordinate with the kitchen and serving staff to provide timely updates and ensure smooth operations.

Maintaining Ambiance:

Oversee the cleanliness and setup of the host station and entrance area, contributing to an inviting atmosphere.

Customer Feedback:

Gather and communicate guest feedback, helping to improve service and guest satisfaction.

Problem-Solving:

Address customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and courteously, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.

Skills:

Customer Service Skills:

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for delivering a high standard of service.

Appearance:

Professional appearance and demeanor, suitable for a fine dining environment.

Availability:

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Experience:

Previous experience in a hostess role, preferably within the hospitality industry, is advantageous.
