Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat our guests with a warm smile and friendly demeanor.
- Manage reservations and efficiently coordinate seating arrangements.
- Ensure the front of house runs smoothly and guests receive excellent customer service.
- Handle guest inquiries and reservations via phone and in person.
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a professional appearance.
- Prior experience in a customer service role is a plus, but a passion for making guests feel special is essential!
