Host/Curbside Drew’s American Grill 3206 Aerial Way, Brooksville, FL 34604 Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Curbside specialist to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth seating process. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service to enhance the dining experience. Duties Greet guests promptly as they arrive and escort them to their tables. Maintain an organized seating chart to optimize table turnover. Provide guests with menus and inform them of daily specials. Bus tables and maintain cleanliness of guest area. Answer phone calls with professionalism and take accurate curbside to go orders. Collaborate with waitstaff and kitchen staff to ensure timely service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station and to go are. Assist in managing the flow of guests during peak hours to ensure efficient service. Ability to accurately handle cash and credit card transactions in a high volume environment. Skills Proficiency in usage of POS or similar restaurant management software is a plus. Strong guest service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest relations. Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written. Experience in customer service within a restaurant settings is preferred. Knowledge of food service operations and etiquette. Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple tasks. Strong phone etiquette for handling multiple orders and inquiries professionally.
