The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a positive dining experience. This role is essential in managing guest flow, seating arrangements, and providing exceptional customer service. Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow. Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials or promotions. Communicate effectively with the kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth service. Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host area. Assist with phone etiquette by answering calls promptly and taking reservations when necessary. Support the team in delivering outstanding guest relations by ensuring all guests feel valued. Experience Previous experience in guest services or customer service roles is preferred. Familiarity with food service operations. Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with guests and team members. Experience with POS systems is beneficial but not required; training will be provided. A positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to help create memorable experiences for guests are key attributes for success in this role.
