Host/Takeout Specialist Liang’s Bistro 812 Providence Road, Brandon, FL 33511 Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Hostess to join our team. The Host/Hostess will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a positive dining experience. Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Seat guests and manage reservations
- Answer phone calls and take reservations
- Assist with to-go orders
- Maintain cleanliness of the host stand and lobby area
- Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff
- Utilize Toast or Aldelo POS system for seating assignments Requirements
- Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
- Strong customer service and guest relations skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette skills
- Knowledge of Toast or Aldelo POS is a plus
- Willingness to help wherever needed in the restaurant
