Job Overview:

Sebastian is looking for a friendly and organized Hostess/Cashier to be the first smiling face our customers see! This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere while efficiently managing the front of the house. You’ll greet guests, manage seating, handle payments, and assist with light duties to keep things running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly attitude Manage the waitlist and coordinate seating to maximize efficiency Answer phone calls and take to-go orders Process cash and credit card payments accurately Assist with light cleaning and resetting tables as needed Keep the front area neat and organized Provide excellent customer service and handle guest inquiries

Requirements:

Friendly, upbeat personality with great communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for handling payments Reliability and punctuality Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus but not required
