Host 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars Bonita Springs, FL 34135 Shangri-La Springs, in the heart of downtown Bonita Springs, is a historic center for vitality through healing arts and nature. That ethos permeates all aspects of the property, from the full-service organic spa to the certified organic farm-to-table restaurant that utilizes produce grown on the property itself. We are seeking a Host with experience in customer service to join our team at Shangri-La Springs. The Host will work with the restaurant team on the historic grounds of Shangri-La Springs.
The ideal candidate will:
Greet and welcome all guests into the restaurant with a sincere, warm, friendly personality. Usher guests to tables in a prompt friendly manner. Promptly answer phone, take reservations and answer questions regarding buffets, holiday functions and occasionally room service orders. Perform all assigned side work to include cleaning menu’s, helping clean cashier area, bakery products, coffee containers, bakery canters, etc. Respond to guest complaints in a positive manner, negotiate a compromise and implement a solution. This position requires typical physical demands for restaurant labor, such as walking, standing, reaching, stooping, bending, squatting, pulling or pushing items up to 50lbs. This is a part time position, shifts TBD.
