Host Black Radish 1304 North Monroe Street, Tallahassee, FL 32303 About us Black Radish is the newest addition to the Seven Hills Hospitality Group. We aim to provide the Tallahassee area with quality food and drink options, from locally sourced vegetable focused small plates, handmade pastas, large format entrees, as well as homemade kombucha, keg cocktails, and natural wines! We are currently looking for a Lead Host with a passion for quality food and service to join our team. High volume hosting experience preffered. Starting pay is $11/hr plus tips. Job responsibilities include; Manage Host stand including seating charts, wait list, and guest/table tracker Seat guests according to hosting procedures Actively manage flow of guests to pace service appropriately, and providing accurate wait times during peak hours Be knowledgeable of all food and beverage offerings, to answer any questions guests may have Ensure the guest experience is pleasant, by being attentive to their individual needs and tailoring their experience to accommodate them Maintaining stock of host stand, expo window, service station, and bar Clearing, cleaning, sanitizing, and resetting tables for service Support the overall function of the restaurant by assisting others when/where possible
