Duties and Responsibilities:
Open and close model homes Monitor homes on an hourly basis Greet all guests to one of the model homes. Route real estate informational questions as directed by the Supervisor Keep a record of traffic flow and turns in daily to sales office Responsible for keeping homes stocked with collateral materials Perform other job related duties as requested by supervisor Assist in administrative duties when required Assist with Marketing initiatives Maintain and engage real estate prospects through the sales database Recognize and reports any needed repairs or warranty work Regular inspections of homes to insure the SHC Center maintains the necessary high standards
