Schedule:
Friday, Saturday and Sunday:

11 AM to 7 Pm Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest services. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for our guests, ensuring their needs are met, and enhancing their overall experience at our facility. The Attendant will be responsible for various tasks that may include food service, cash handling, and engaging with guests of all ages, including children. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide assistance as needed to ensure a positive experience. Manage cash transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to company policies. Assist in food service operations, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to safety standards. Engage with guests through public speaking, providing information about services and activities available. Handle guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and effective conflict management skills. Supervise children during activities, ensuring their safety and enjoyment while adhering to all safety protocols. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including dining areas and recreational spaces. Collaborate with team members to enhance guest satisfaction and improve service delivery. Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences. Experience working with children is a plus, particularly in recreational or educational settings. Public speaking skills are beneficial for engaging with guests during events or activities. Knowledge of conflict management techniques to resolve any issues that may arise effectively. Familiarity with resort environments or food service operations is advantageous but not required.
