The Host/Host will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional service. ## Duties
- Greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Provide information about menu items and specials
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly ## Experience
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of POS systems is a plus
- Strong guest relations skills
