The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a memorable dining experience. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage guest relations effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow.
• Provide guests with menus and inform them of daily specials.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring satisfaction.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Utilize POS systems for reservation management and guest tracking.
• Uphold high standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times. Experience
• Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with food service operations is a plus.
