Paid Weekly Host/Hostess Responsibilities:

Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and provide exceptional hospitality. Manage reservations and wait lists efficiently using the designated system. Coordinate with servers and management to optimize seating flow and minimize wait times. Ensure the entrance and host stand remain organized and inviting. Provide guests with menus, answer questions, and accommodate special requests when possible. Assist with maintaining a clean and polished dining area. Uphold company standards of professionalism, service, and guest satisfaction.

Host/Hostess Qualifications:

Previous experience as a host/hostess in a high-end or high-volume restaurant (preferred). Proficient English. Professional presentation, high energy, and enthusiastic. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
