Position Summary:
We are seeking an energetic, personable, and professional Host/Hostess to be the welcoming face of LPM Miami. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the front-of-house flow, greeting guests with genuine hospitality, and ensuring each guest begins and ends their visit with a positive impression.
Responsibilities:
Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival Manage reservations, walk-ins, and seating using the restaurant’s reservation system Accurately estimate wait times and communicate them clearly Maintain a clean, organized, and professional host stand and entrance area Provide guests with menus and basic restaurant information Work collaboratively with servers, management, and the kitchen to ensure smooth flow and guest satisfaction Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints graciously and professionally Maintain a calm, friendly demeanor in a fast-paced, high-end dining environment
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a host/hostess or in a hospitality/customer service role preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A polished and professional appearance and demeanor Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fine dining setting Detail-oriented and highly organized Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
