Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host/Host to join our team in the restaurant industry. As a Host/Host, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Duties:

• Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
• Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Communicate effectively with guests, servers, and kitchen staff
• Provide accurate wait times and monitor the dining room flow
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

Skills:

• Experience in food service or hospitality industry preferred
• Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members
• Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS is a plus
• Ability to assist and help guests with various needs
• Customer service-oriented mindset to ensure guest satisfaction
