The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless experience. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional guest services in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Duties Greet guests as they arrive and provide them with an inviting atmosphere. Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow. Communicate wait times to guests and ensure they are comfortable while waiting. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area. Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service. Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, providing information about menu items and reservations. Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction throughout their dining experience. Skills Strong guest services skills with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction. Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and non-verbal, to interact effectively with guests and team members. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar restaurant management systems is a plus. Ability to multitask in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail. Proficient in phone etiquette for handling reservations and guest inquiries.
