• Maintains the highest level of guest satisfaction by answeringinquiries, offering suggestions, and providing descriptiveliterature in various languages regarding shore excursions, onboardactivities, entertainment, and other available guestaccommodations
• Welcomes non-English guests, serves as a translator when neededin any department, translates documents and announcements, andarranges for a variety of invitations, reports, and letters to beprepared in various languages
• Assists guests with translating spoken passages, documents, andother material from one language to another. Provides consecutiveor simultaneous translation between languages
• Works closely with the Documentation Officer in regards toCustoms and Immigration during the embarkation and debarkationprocess .
