(North Bay Village, Miami) Join one of Miami’s most loved Italian spots and be the face that welcomes our guests! We are looking for a warm, organized, and energetic Hostess to join our team at Petralunga, located in North Bay Village. This role is essential in creating a smooth, friendly, and welcoming dining experience from the moment guests walk in.

What You’ll Do:

Greet and seat guests with confident warmth and professionalism Manage the reservation book and waitlist using Resy Assign tables with consideration for guest preference and fair server rotation Maintain open communication with the kitchen and floor staff before and during service Take phone calls and handle reservations efficiently Support the floor team by occasionally taking orders directly at the table using Toast POS Assist servers and bussers with table clearing and reset when needed Respond to guest concerns or complaints and help resolve them on the spot Ensure every guest leaves with a smile!

What We’re Looking For:

Fluent in English and Spanish Fast learner, especially with restaurant tech systems Experience with Resy and Toast POS is a big plus Friendly, approachable, and confident under pressure Strong team player willing to assist where needed Available evenings and weekends This is a great opportunity to grow in a dynamic and high-energy environment, surrounded by good food, good vibes, and great people. and become part of the Petralunga family!
