The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and exceptional dining experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for guest services, and the ability to manage reservations efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities Greet guests as they arrive and provide them with a warm welcome. Manage the seating chart and ensure that tables are filled efficiently while minimizing wait times. Answer phone calls promptly, providing information about the restaurant and taking reservations as needed. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area. Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow. Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, enhancing overall guest relations. Utilize Aloha POS system for managing reservations and guest information effectively. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Excellent communication abilities to interact effectively with guests and team members. Experience in the restaurant or food service industry is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with phone etiquette to handle calls professionally. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a busy environment. A genuine passion for hospitality and helping others create memorable dining experiences.
