As a Party Host, you’ll play a key part in ensuring every guest leaves with a smile and cherished memories. You will receive the hourly pay listed, plus all the tips earned from the parties you host. Responsibilities Welcome and greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm, creating an inviting and friendly atmosphere. Assist with event planning and execution, including setting up and breaking down party spaces. Communicate with guests to understand their needs, ensuring exceptional service throughout their visit. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food service and address menu-related questions. Use the

TOAST POS

system to take orders and process payments quickly and accurately. Keep event areas clean, organized, and presentable before, during, and after events. Professionally address guest concerns or issues, ensuring prompt resolutions for maximum satisfaction. Work collaboratively with the team to deliver seamless events in a positive and supportive work environment. Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or event hosting is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with guests of all ages. A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service with a friendly and approachable attitude. Experience using TOAST POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
