Role:

As a Host at Buca Di Beppo at the Florida Mall, your main responsibility will be to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for our guests. You will be the first point of contact for customers, greeting them with a warm smile and providing them with exceptional customer service. Your goal is to ensure that every guest has a positive dining experience and feels valued and appreciated. You will also be responsible for managing the waitlist, seating guests, and coordinating with the serving staff to ensure a smooth flow of service.

Minimum Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer service role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the hospitality industry Knowledge of reservation management systems Ability to speak multiple languages Experience in handling customer complaints and resolving issues Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities:

Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude upon arrival Manage the waitlist and accurately estimate wait times Seat guests in a timely and efficient manner, taking into consideration their preferences and any special requests Coordinate with the serving staff to ensure a smooth flow of service Assist with answering phone calls and taking reservations Placing takeout orders and packing orders.
