We are searching for a polished, personable, and service-driven Host/Hostess to be the first and last impression for every guest who walks through our doors. Responsibilities Include:
Serving as the
Door Captain:
warmly greeting every guest, confirming reservations, and managing all guest arrivals and departures with grace.
Welcoming guests with a complimentary glass of champagne and setting the tone for a memorable dining experience.
Supporting the service team by:
Refilling water glasses proactively and attentively.
Replacing napkins for guests who step away from the table.
Pulling chairs in and out to assist guests with seating and departure.
Assisting with resetting and preparing tables to ensure seamless transitions between seatings.
Managing guest flow and waitlist to ensure a balanced and elevated experience.
Communicating effectively with management and the service team to anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations.
