The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. You will play a crucial role in managing the flow of guests, coordinating seating arrangements, and maintaining a positive dining experience. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated. Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently. Communicate effectively with guests regarding wait times and special requests. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host/host area. Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, providing information about the menu, specials, and reservations. Address guest concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience. Support the restaurant team during busy periods by assisting with guest services as needed. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant environment is preferred. Strong phone etiquette skills are essential for handling reservations and inquiries. Familiarity with food service operations and guest relations is an advantage. Ability to communicate effectively with both guests and team members, ensuring excellent guest services.
