Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, your primary responsibility will be to greet and seat guests, manage reservations, and ensure efficient table turnover. Your core skills in customer service, communication, and restaurant experience will be essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, familiarity with POS systems and guest relations will enhance your ability to assist patrons effectively. Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly. Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Utilize POS systems to process orders and manage billing accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host area to create a welcoming environment. Qualifications Previous experience as a host or hostess in a restaurant setting Strong customer service and communication skills Familiarity with food service operations Experience with POS systems, particularly Aloha and Micros Background in hospitality or hotel guest services Ability to manage guest relations and maintain phone etiquette
