Be the first smile our guests see! As a Quick Service Host/Hostess, you’ll welcome every guest with warmth and help guide them through a fast, friendly, and magical dining experience. Whether it’s helping with orders, answering questions, or keeping things running smoothly, you’ll be part of the magic every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests with a friendly, helpful attitude Share knowledge of the menu, Disney Dining Plan, and MagicBands Process orders and payments accurately and efficiently Keep the dining area clean, organized, and fully stocked Support fellow Cast Members and ensure smooth guest flow Follow all food safety and alcohol service guidelines. Key Requirements Minimum of one year of hospitality or restaurant experience preferred. Strong communication skills with ability to effectively communicate in English. Ability to carry, push, or pull equipment and food items weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to obtain a State of Florida Food Safety Certificate and a Florida Responsible Vendors Certificate. Capable of performing all necessary job functions and working around food allergens. Comfortable working in varied environments, including kitchens, coolers, and outdoors. Availability to work weekends and holidays. Ability to arrive for all assigned shifts on time. Compliance with company appearance guidelines.
