Host/Hostess Volcano hot pot & bbq 5877 West Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, Kissimmee, FL 34746 Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive until they leave. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere. Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize the flow of guests. Communicate effectively with both guests and restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area. Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction. Utilize POS systems to manage orders and reservations accurately. Also effectively checking out customers who pay with cash, making sure all tables are paid the right amount by the servers. Second language such as Spanish, Chinese, or Vietnamese is a plus Requirements Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus A positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding guest services in a restaurant setting.
