JOB DESCRIPTION
This position strives to provide a positive customer experience, whether in person or over the phone.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Greets all arriving customers in a courteous and friendly manner.
- Organizes table assignments and escorts customers to their seats.
- Communicates wait times and addresses customer questions and concerns courteously. Handles customer complaints by resolving issues diplomatically and politely.
- Monitors restaurant activity to determine available spaces.
- Takes take-out orders accurately and in an organized manner.
- Communicates clearly and effectively with customers and team members.
- Collaborates with servers.
- Assists in restocking and maintaining inventory when necessary.
- Learns about all menu items, daily specials, and executes effective selling techniques.
- Follows all opening and closing procedures for the restaurant.
- Adheres to established sanitation standards, personal hygiene, and health and safety standards.
- Complies with all company standards, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Assists with to-go orders when necessary.
- Performs other related tasks as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED.
- Preferably, experience in high-volume and full-service restaurants.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

English and Spanish.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Ability to navigate all parts of the restaurant quickly.
