Responsibilities:

• Greet guests as they enter the establishment with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with any inquiries or requests
• Maintain knowledge of the establishment’s offerings, promotions, and events
• Operate the POS system to process guest transactions accurately
• Ensure the lobby area is clean and presentable at all times
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
• Assist guests with any special needs or accommodations they may require

Experience:

• Previous experience in hospitality, hotel, or customer service roles is preferred
• Strong guest relations skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
• Familiarity with POS systems, such as Toast POS, is a plus
• Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously
