Host Lindburgers Jupiter Jupiter, FL 33458 Overview We are seeking a friendly and organized Host to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables. Answer phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, assisting guests with inquiries and reservations. Maintain knowledge of the menu and specials to provide accurate information to guests. Collaborate with waitstaff and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow. Handle guest requests and complaints professionally, striving for guest satisfaction. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area. Utilize Toast point-of-sale systems effectively for managing orders. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Toast POS, is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to help others in a team-oriented setting.
