We’re seeking candidates with 2 + years of full-service restaurant and hosting experience who are ready to deliver exceptional guest service and be the face of Rocco’s Tacos! Your Role as

Host/Hostess:

As the first point of contact, you’ll set the tone for our guests’ dining experience. You’ll be responsible for warmly welcoming guests, managing reservations, and supporting a seamless front-of-house operation.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm, ensuring a welcoming first impression Manage reservations and walk-ins using OpenTable or similar software Coordinate seating and table turnover in a fast-paced environment Communicate effectively with the team and assist with large party arrangements Maintain a clean, organized host station and surrounding areas Help with to-go order packaging and guest inquiries Support management with additional duties as needed

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED 1+ year of hosting experience in a full-service restaurant Ability to remain calm and professional in high-volume settings Strong communication and organizational skills Familiarity with POS systems, Microsoft Office, and reservation software Friendly, team-oriented, and self-motivated Ready to bring your energy to the table?
