Hostess/Busser Ahbeetz New Haven Pizza 11051 Southern Boulevard, Royal Palm Beach, FL 33411 Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and energetic Host/Busser to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. As a Host/Busser, you will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, and assisting with table service to maintain a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently to optimize seating arrangements. Assist servers by clearing tables, refilling drinks, and providing support during busy service periods. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for the next guests. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operations. Provide excellent guest relations by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously. Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and customer service throughout the dining experience. Skills Strong hospitality skills with a passion for providing outstanding customer service. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not required. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Strong guest relations skills to ensure every visitor has a memorable experience.
