Mr. Seas Host HHC Atlantic, LLC 401 South Ocean Boulevard, Delray Beach, FL 33483 The Host greets guests and members as they enter and shows them to their table or waiting area. The Host engages with guests to ensure their meal meets expectations. Success in this role requires comfort with standing for long periods and managing busy shifts.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests as they enter and manage the waiting list as necessary. Provide guests with menus and answer initial questions. Seat guests at tables or in waiting areas. Assign guests to preferred tables while maintaining table rotation for balanced server assignments. Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service. Respond to complaints and assist in resolving them. Answer phone calls, take reservations, and provide information. Be knowledgeable of the menu. Assist with other restaurant positions as needed. Deliver excellent customer service. Cultivate and enter guest data into guest management software. Perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Ability to deliver top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant staff. Perform high-quality work unsupervised. Willingness to follow instructions and seek clarification when needed. Accurate handling of money and operation of a point-of-sale system. Able to work effectively in a busy restaurant environment. Restaurant experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Able to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours. Able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds. Ability to safely maneuver trays of food and other items as needed. Comfortable with repetitive motions, including standing, walking, and reaching. Must be able to work in varying temperatures, including hot and cold environments. Ability to perform tasks that involve bending, twisting, and stooping.
