Full Job Description Description:
Greet Members and guests with a warm, professional demeanor—using names whenever possible. Manage reservations and walk-ins using the SevenRooms platform. Escort Members and guests to their tables and present menus. Communicate with hosts, servers, and management to ensure seamless dining operations. Monitor table availability and maintain smooth seating flow. Answer phone inquiries and take reservations as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional host stand. Assist with other guest service needs as directed by management.
Requirements:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Friendly, professional, and service-oriented. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Prior customer service experience preferred; hospitality or country club background a plus. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds. Familiarity with dining reservation platforms (SevenRooms experience preferred).
