The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, brings energy and a smile to every shift and an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities
- Manage phone services — take reservations and takeout orders as well as answering questions about the restaurant and services
- Genuinely greet guests upon arrival
- Monitor servers and the tables they are responsible for
- Assist servers with clean-up and table preparation during rush hours
- Seat guests and/or provide them with an estimated waiting time
- Shower our guests with Hospitalityand make the wait as painless as possible
- Escort guests to tables and provide them with menus and information about daily specials
- Process payments made with cash or by card for take out orders
- Itemize receipt of purchases
- Manage &build ourto go business
- Maintain exterior and interior of restaurant (sweeping, organizing menus, etc.) Job Qualifications
