Job Summary:
Joey’s NY Pizzeria & Italian Restaurant is seeking a skilled and dependable Host to join our kitchen team. If you’re passionate about authentic New York-style pizza, take pride in your work, and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and courteously as they arrive Manage waitlists and reservations using [reservation software or method] Escort guests to their tables and present menus Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the host area Communicate wait times and manage seating flow efficiently Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries Support team members and ensure a smooth front-of-house operation
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
